Weststar Construction & Property plays a vital role in supporting other members of the Weststar Group in their automotive and aviation endeavours, providing infrastructure and buildings for group companies that such as showrooms for Weststar Auto (that deals primarily with HONDA vehicles) and Weststar MAXUS, along with warehouses, inspection centres and delivery hubs in Kota Kemuning and Westport. Weststar Construction & Property is also slated to build the multi-million new headquarters for the Weststar Group.
In response to current trends within the Malaysian property market, Weststar Construction & Property is planning to make its presence greater felt in the high-end residential property sector. The company has entered into a joint venture with Asset 1 Aus (Ulu Klang) Sdn. Bhd., an associate company of Asset 1 (Developments) Pty Ltd and a property development company specialising in residential and commercial development in Melbourne, Australia. Together, they are developing a high-end landed residential property development in Kemensah Heights called The Reserve.
