This marks a significant step in strengthening Malaysia\u2019s aviation transportation infrastructure while supporting industries that are vital to the country\u2019s economic development.The financing is part of a syndicated financing facility, to support Weststar\u2019s helicopter fleet expansion, strengthen working capital, and facilitate the management of foreign exchange requirements, enhancing Weststar\u2019s leadership in shaping the future of the nation\u2019s aviation landscape. The expanded fleet will also support oil and gas operations, providing essential offshore transportation services to Malaysia\u2019s energy sector, while further accelerating Weststar\u2019s growth in the defence and emergency response sectors in support of national priorities.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Jamie Ling, Group Chief Executive Officer, AmBank Group<\/strong>\u00a0said, \u201cWe are pleased to support Weststar in scaling its operations and reinforcing its global footprint.
